This is a new venture the District.  We have been slowly advancing into the 20th Century and will soon, perhaps, have some elements of the 21st.

At this writing, there is still some work to do and some content to be added.  But we wanted to get the thing up and running.

This blog will be used to provide information to the community in a more timely manner than the traditional newsletters.  Though the twice-yearly newsletters will continue for the time being.
