Grays Harbor County Water District #2 – Notifications

11/05/24/10:53AM

The water samples for the main break on Central Park Drive have tested Satisfactory.  The boil water advisory is rescinded.  Official notices will be distributed shortly.

11/04/24 7:48AM

Water pressure was restored just after midnight last night.

A boil water advisory is in effect for the areas that lost pressure. Those areas include Central Park Drive between the County Club and Highway 12, and parts of Linkshire Drive.

Water samples will be collected early this morning and turned into the lab for testing.  Results should be available early tomorrow.

The field crews did a superlative job last night.  Conditions, dark and wet, were awful.  Ken Nichols (field supervisor) was Incident Commander (those who know the National Incident Management System will understand) and managed the project extremely well.

11/03/24 8:00PM

The folks on Facebook already know this.  I haven’t had web site access.

The original break was repaired.  When the line was charge, a second break opened up further down the road.

Crews are working on it now.

A boil water advisory is in effect for everyone who lost water pressure.  Door hangers will go out, but all hands are tied up right now getting the second leak fixed.

11/03/24 2:20PM

We are working a fairly serious break on Central Park Drive.

Until we get it isolated other areas of the water system may experience reduced water pressure.

Crews are working on repairing the leak now.

0805/24 2:16PM

The power is out at the main pump house due to a traffic accident.

We don’t have an estimated time of repair from PUD yet.

Please limit water use.

07/25/24 3:32PM

The water is back on.   Pressure will be varying on into the evening, but water is available.

A boil water advisory is in effect.   We hope to take samples this evening.  Eric Khambatta (forgive me for the spelling) of Grays Harbor Environmental Health is a real hero.

The repair made a major mess, as I am sure those on Fairway Drive can see.  We will be working on the clean up into the evening.  The flushing and the clean up will result in water pressure variations.

If you did not receive a notice, you are not impacted by the boil water advisory.

07/25/24 1:22PM

The repair on Fairway Drive is underway.

The estimated time of repair is 6:00PM.

There will be considerable flushing, as a long stretch of water main is isolated, along with several deadend lines.

07/25/24 12:27PM

We have another leak.

This one is on Fairway Drive. Fairway Drive will be isolated from the 90 degree turn up to Fairway Park.

A boil water advisory will be in effect until further notice.

07/24/24

The water main break on Clarke Road is repaired.

A boil water advisory is in effect for the 12 residences on Clarke Road that were out of water during the repair. And ONLY for those 12 residences.

If you did not receive a door hanger, you are not affected.

Water quality samples will be taken as soon as possible. The advisory will be lifted as soon as we see satisfactory results from the tests.

07/24/24

We have a major break on Clarke Road.

There may be some low pressures but will start to recover, except Clarke Road.

Clarke Road is isolated. No one on Clarke Road has pressure.

There will be a boil water advisory on Clarke Road, and ONLY on Clarke Road. That is a total of 12 services. No one else is affected.

The crews are gathering and the break will be repaired as soon as possible. There is no estimated time of repair at this point. We will know more when we get the site de-watered and the break daylighted.

From the Facebook Page

Since this is a public site, posts may show up that do not originate from the water district.
I have toyed with making this a private group, but then folks would need to sign up and be approved. Two things about that. I want anyone interested in the district or with questions to be able to access the page, and I don’t have time to administer a private group.

So it will stay public.

At the moment, half of the district staff is out sick. This really punches a hole in our already limited ability to respond to you.

Please be patient and we will get to your phone calls and emails as soon as we can.

Field staff are still available 24/7, but response times may be a little slower than what you become accustomed to.
The web site has been cleaned up to a great extent. There is still some items that need to be addressed. Those will be fixed in time.

The access from the web site to Facebook is a bit different. Look for the FB icon in the upper right had corner.
Emergency numbers will be changing for awhile. The primary number for the next two or three weeks will be 360-591-1649. There will only be one alternate, 360-580-6009. Please make a note.

01/30/2024

The February 2024 commissioners’ meeting will be held on Tuesday 02/13/24 instead of the usual second Wednesday (02/14/24).  The time, 7:00PM, and the location, the district office, remain the same.

11/07/23

We have a water main break. The break is in the vicinity of the intersection between Hill Road and River Road.

Currently all of River Road, both east and west, and Hill Road south of River Road are isolated and without water.
We do not yet know the exact location of the leak, nor the extent.

Customers on those roads can expect a boil water advisory. Official notification will be forthcoming.

We have no timeline for the repair. As soon as we know the full extent of the problem we can provide an estimated time of repair.

06/01/22

The district is now live with Xpress Bill Pay.  Click on the link below to read the full announcement.

GHCWD2 and XBP Announcement

02/28/22

The power is out at the pumphouse.  Reservoir levels are not at their peak.

We do not have an estimated time of repair from PUD yet.

02/16/22

Today is shut off day.

We placed 23 door hanger notices last week to accounts in Section 2 that were more than two billing periods past due. All but seven of those folks brought their accounts current or set up payment arrangements since then.

This is not a happy time for us. Most of the delinquent accounts are delinquent by fairly large amounts. We don’t know how these folks are going to bring their accounts current.

We have been announcing, by several methods, that this day was coming since September. The district has done all it can. Up to shut off day, the district will do all we can to help bring accounts current. We hate shut offs.

I am sure I will have some difficult conversations today. I understand tough times. I have been through some tough times. But if folks won’t talk to us, there is very little the district can do.

It might be easier if the district were a large bureaucracy. But this is a small community and all of us here at the district care about all of you.

So today is very painful.

02/08/22

The water district received notice of a reporting violation for December from the State Office of Drinking Water.
I have attached a copy of the official notice.  Though, note, it is, officially, the first violation. ODW did not get a notice to us for July when the report did not get to ODW until after the due date.

This is a reporting violation. The reports for December did not include a sufficient number of chlorine residual test results. The district tests chlorine residuals at least twice a day every week day. We record the lowest reading on the State’s reporting form. Some of the results did not get transferred to the report that we sent to ODW on several occasions.

I can think of all sorts of reasons (excuses) for the oversight. But it comes down to my responsibility as the official certified operator to make sure those reports are complete, accurate, and filed on time.

By regulation we are required to inform you of the violation in the annual newsletter. But I am informing you now because you have a right to know.

There is no associated health risk. At no time did actual chlorine residuals fall below an effective level.

01/21/22/1400

Well, what is going on here…a lot.

The broken water main on the highway between Holbrook Lane and Schrader lane is not yet repaired. Department of Transportation (DOT) has a major problem on their hands in that canyon. We don’t know when the district can get into the canyon to repair the break. It is up to DOT.

Everyone has full domestic pressure. But Schrader Lane, York Lane, Bonnieview, and Linkshire Terrace fire hydrants are only being fed from one direction instead of the intended two. The fire district, in the event of a fire, will need to suck a little harder on the straw.

As a consequence of the water main break, we learned that the Reynvaan Booster was on it’s last legs. In fact, it failed completely. Reynvaan is currently running on a temporary pump.

We knew it was approaching the end of it’s expected life, but we thought we had another five years before criticality. There has been no effective way to monitor that booster station’s performance.

In essence, we are completely rebuilding the booster station. It will get a new pump house, new pumps, and new controls. The controls will integrate a means of monitoring performance.

On another topic, we have held off levying late fees and shutting off water due to non-payment. That is ending. Late fees will start showing up on the Section 2 bills in February and subsequently, Section 1 bills in March.
Everyone who is more than two billing cycles past due will be receiving a notice very shortly. Anyone who is more than two billing cycles (four months) past due will be shut off shortly after 02/28/22. Anyone requesting a payment agreement must return the application no later than 02/15/22.

We have several payment agreements in place in which the property owner has not adhered to the terms of the agreement. Shutoff notices for those cases will be issued in the next week or so.
The district has been very lenient on past due accounts. But the revenue is necessary to operate the water system. Those who don’t pay their bills are living on benefits paid for by those who do make their payments on time.

And that is all the news at the moment.

01/14/2022/1220

Water is coming up the hill on Reynvaan. Folks should start seeing pressure very soon.

The boil water advisory remains in place until we get samples taken, tested and passed. Hopefully the County Health Department will help us out. They usually do.

As I write this, district staff have been sent home to get warmed up and change into dry clothing. Getting things fired up got very wet and cold.

They will be back on the job as soon as they stop shivering.
We will keep you informed.

Going forward, it is clear that upgrades to the Reynvaan Booster Station have been deferred too long. Those modifications are now moving forward on an expedited basis.

01/14/2022/1750

Update…not the best news, but the good news is we have a schedule.

The pump crews will arrive at 8:30 tomorrow morning. It just got too tight for this evening.

If you need bottled water, please call 360-580-2172.

01/14/2022/1520

The situation….
The pump crews are doing their best to get a pump out to us.

It is a process. A pump and motor must be found and the two mated up, prep work done for the installation, and the crew needs to get out here from Olympia. The malfunctioning pumps have to removed and the new, temporary pump installed.

Of course, the crew was not standing around the coffee pot wondering what to do when we called.

The plan is still for Reynvaan to be back in water by this evening, but it may need to get pushed until tomorrow.

GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY WATER DISTRICT #2

292506

A water outage due to a pump failure occurred in Central Park on 01/14/2022 affecting all services on Reynvaan Road uphill from the reservoir. No other areas of Central Park are affected. Reductions in water pressure introduce the possibility of drinking water contamination. Your drinking water may be unsafe to drink.

IT IS ADVISABLE NOT TO DRINK THE WATER WITHOUT BOILING IT FIRST.

What happened? The remaining pump in the booster station failed reducing water pressure in the above described area. The break has not yet been repaired. The Water District is working as expeditiously as possible to restore adequate pressure and flow in the affected area.

AT THIS TIME NO CONTAMINANTS HAVE BEEN DETECTED

THIS NOTICE IS STRICTLY PRECAUTIONARY

AND APPLIES ONLY TO THE AREA LISTED ABOVE

What Should I Do?

  • Remove garden hoses from taps and spigots

  • Turn off your hot water heater until pressure is restored

  • If service is out but you still have some water flow, boiled or purchased bottled water should be used for drinking, brushing teeth, making ice, washing dishes and food preparation until this notice is rescinded.

  • Conserve water and try to prevent your pipes from running dry.

After a water outage:

  • Until you hear from the Water District that water samples indicate absence of contamination, it is advisable not to drink the water without boiling it first.

  • Boiled or purchased bottled water should be used for drinking, ice making, brushing teeth, washing dishes and food preparation until further notice.

  • Let water boil 3 to 5 minutes and allow it to cool before using it.

  • If you experience illness symptoms contact your health care provider.

If you experience a loss of water pressure and did not receive some form of notification, please call the emergency response number, 360-580-2172 even if the power is out. If you receive a recorded message please your name, telephone number and the address where the problem is occurring.

WATER OUTAGE

GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY WATER DISTRIC #2

292506

Grays Har bor County Water District #2, State ID# 292506, reported a water outage that occurred on 01/07/22 and advised you to boil water prior to consumption.

The Water District conducted water quality tests following restoration of water pressure. The results of those test indicate the absence of bacterial contamination.

THIS NOTIFICATION RESCINDS THE WATER OUTAGE/BOIL WATER ADVISORY ISSUED ON 01/07/22

If you have any questions regarding the water outage, disinfectionof the water mains, or the water quality samples, please call the office at 360-532-1828 Monday through Friday between 12:00 Noon and 4:00PM, or email the General Manager at reg@centralparkwater.net

01/11/2022/1105

Here is the situation as of this morning…

We are trying to get the samples taken. We are hampered by some other tasks that may not be as important but are very urgent. Currently, our field crews are down in the canyon assisting DOT. That should end any minute.

The broken water main still needs to be fixed/replaced. We are going to replace it. Since we have a small amount of breathing room, we will utilize horizontal drilling. That will require some engineering and getting on the drilling company’s waiting list.

We have had some plans to do some much needed upgrades to the Reynvaan Booster Station. However, difficulties in getting that station started after we had sufficient water revealed that the it is in worse shape than we thought. Some major upgrades to that station have to be completed before Spring.

If I (your general manager) tend to be a bit slow to respond to posts and emails, I am working on getting those two projects off the ground.

01/10/2022/1550

We just got word from the State Department of Health that we can sample.

It is too late to get all the samples we need to the lab this afternoon. In any event, we have to do some flushing in order to be sure the lines are all flushed out and the samples will pass.

So we will sample first thing Tuesday morning. We will have results Wednesday morning. If they all pass we will be able to lift the boil water advisory.  We will notify here, and on Facebook if they don’t pass.  If they do pass we will include the Emergency Management notification system.

01/10/2022/1540

We have some good news, for a change.

The isolation valve situation within the district is quite problematic. The maps show isolation valves we can’t find, and we keep finding isolation valves that are not on the map.

Acting on a hunch, the lead field tech, Kenny Nichols, went on a search for an isolation valve. He found one that is not on any maps or drawings that completely isolates the broken section of water main.

Everyone should be back to full pressure. I am pleading with the State Department of Health to allow us to draw samples. If they give us the go ahead, and all the samples test satisfactory, we will be able to lift the advisory. But that will be Wednesday at least. Maybe Tuesday afternoon if DOH gets back to me in the next few minutes.

01/10/2022/0900

We were hoping that we could lift the boil water advisory for the areas back in water.

The State Department of Health has put the brakes on that. They are requiring the boil water advisory to stay in place until the line break is repaired.

01/09/2022/1100

Here is the situation as it stand Sunday morning:

The “lake” between Holbrook Lane and Bonnie View Place has receded considerably. The line break is still under water, but that situation is improving.

A detailed strategy of repair is not yet in place. The District needs to determine who owns the property through which we will have to access the break. We may consider replacing that length of water main by horizontal boring. That has not been determined yet.

Both Reynvaan and Hirschbeck are back in water. Reynvaan is operating on only one of it’s two pumps, but that is fine for the moment. The Reynvaan Booster Station needs to be completely re-built. That project is now fast tracked.

Some of the areas on the west end of the system still have less pressure than they are used to. Those areas are normally fed from two directions. With the main isolated at Holbrook Lane those areas are being fed from only one direction. So pressures, though sufficient, are a bit lower than usual.

Folks on Bonnie View Place, York Drive, and Schrader Lane are still without water and will be until the main is repaired or replaced. We don’t have an estimated time on that yet, but everyone involved is working over time to resolve the problem. Meanwhile, the district will be shuttling bottled water to you. We are flushing out some empty 1 gallon chlorine bottles which we will fill and deliver to you so that you have some water with which to flush toilets.

With all this going on, we have not been able to read water meters. So Section 1 water bills are not out yet. We are hoping to squeeze in some meter reading time in the next couple of days. It is almost complete. Due date for January’s bills will be the end of the month. I would like to extend it a few days into February but we have to close out January to prepare for Section 2 bills in February.

That is all the information available at this time. As usual, direct questions to reg@centralparkwater.net.

Everyone on the staff is exceedingly grateful for your patience and good wishes. This is a wonderful community.

01/08/2022/1340

The eight households within the isolated area will continue to be without water until the water main has been repaired. We will be able to provide a likely time of repair once we actually get down to the water main. Currently it is under about 12 feet of water in addition to the soil cover.

The booster stations for Reynvaan, Hirschbeck Heights and Gavett Lane have been turned on. So those folks should have water very soon. The boil water advisory will have to remain in place.

01/08/2022/1300

WE FOUND IT!!!!!!
It is under a huge amount of water. Getting to it is going to be a major task. But getting access to it and repairing it is starting right now.

There are areas that will see a return of water pressure, since the affected sections are isolated
THE BOIL WATER ADVISORY STILL STANDS.
Until we get the line break repaired, the lines flushed and disinfected, and samples returned satisfactory it is advisable to boil drinking water.

01/08/2022/1035

The district office (at the end of East Cross Road) and shop site (off Pioneer behind the fire station) has yard hydrants.  All residents in the affected areas are welcome to come and fill containers.

We would advise using bottled water to drink because the yard hydrants have stop and waste valves, so have a theoretical connection to the soil.  But the water can be used for flushing toilets and it can be boiled for drinking water.

01/08/2022/1015

Until we find and repair this break, please conserve water use.

01/08/2022/0800

The search continues. The break has not been located.

We took a break during the dark hours to get some rest. All of us had been up since 1:30 AM Friday morning. We don’t have enough staff to run shifts.

But we have been at it since first light this morning. Yesterday we worked two approaches: checking out leads from residents; and searching along a contour line estimated to be the elevation of the break. No joy.

This morning we are checking out canyons and valleys through which the water mains pass. This is a complete water main break somewhere and should be very obvious. So we are working on a high frustration level.
This may be the million dollar main break that has been my constant worry for the past 10 years.

The District is taking this step reluctantly. However, customers who clearly have respiratory problems have come into the office. That endangers District staff and others who visit the office.

03/19/2020/8:45AM

In the rush to get the repair done and get service restored as rapidly as possible, there was some internal miscommunications.

Horizon Lane, Central Lane and Kamana Lane did not lose pressure and are therefore not included in the boil water advisory.

We apologize for any angst this error may have caused.

03/18/2020/Noon

There is a boil water advisory in effect for the following streets:

  • Karjala Road west of Pioneer Road
  • Carl Way
  • Ridgeview
  • Hemlock Park
  • Lois Lane
  • Lucky Lane
  • Maple Lane
  • Horizon Lane
  • Central Lane
  • Kamana Lane

If your street is not listed, you are not impacted.  If your street is named you received a yellow door hanger with all the details.

Water quality samples were taken this afternoon.  We expect result tomorrow (3/19) afternoon.  Should all samples (three were taken) return Satisfactory, the advisory will be lifted.  Should any of the sample fail, you will be notified immediately.  It is unlikely, but possible,  that a failure will occur.

If you have questions, please email the general manager at reg@centralparkwater.net

03/11/2020/4:00PM

The district is starting a water main replacement project that will run from the west end of Aberdeen Lake Road to the end of the system just beyond Edgwood Road.

Pipe will be delivered to the site on March 16th.  Actual installation, through horizontal drilling, will commence on March 24th.  If all goes according to plan.

Those served by the old water main will not experience any outages during construction.  There will be brief outages when each service is transferred from the old water main to the new one.

The project is planned to be completed in 30 days, weather and unexpected events allowing.

Direct any questions you have to the General Manager at reg@centralparkwater.net.

02/04/2020/9:30AM

The commissioners will be participating in a workshop relating to personnel issues on 02/05/2020 at 10:00AM.  The workshop will be held at the law offices of Valdez & Sage.

01/23/2020/4:20PM

It appears that the power problem has been located.  PUD will be replacing the transformer that serves the main pump house this evening.

The process should not interrupt service to anyone.

The well pumps will be without power for up to a couple of hours.  We have plenty of water in the reservoirs to cover that span of time.

Still, please use water gently.

We are experiencing periodic power failures at the pumphouse.  Please be gentle on water usage.

The January Manager’s Report has been posted.

Weird things happen to the formatting when pasting the Word documents into the web site.  So a link has been added to download a Word copy of the report.  You will note Report at the top of the page.  If you click on that it will bring up a link that will let you download the Word version.

The Word version is much easier to read.

01/22/2020/9:00AM

The February 2020 commissioners’ meeting will be held on the second Tuesday, 02/11, instead of the second Wednesday.

01/10/2020/4:00PM

It’s gonna get cold outside!

Temperatures will start dropping sometime Sunday, maybe Monday for us. The cold air comes out of Canada by way of the Frazier River Valley, so it hits points north before it gets to us.

We don’t know if there will be snow here or not, yet. I guess we will find out.

Everybody has been here before. You know what preparations you need to make. Stay safe and warm.

Drive safe. You don’t need to prove you are macho by driving 5 mph over the speed limit on ice.

It shouldn’t impact water service in general. It will almost certainly impact the district’s ability to find and repair leaks. It may impact some staff members’ ability to get to the district. However, both field technicians live within the district so we are all set for any emergencies that might pop up.

Post the emergency notification numbers.

12/21/2019/11:55AM

A flood warning has been issued for our area.  Chehalis River flooding is expected.

The critical time for the water district will be high tide at about 9:30PM tonight  (Saturday).

Flood levels are not expected to be such as to cause water utility outages.  However, everyone should be prepared in the event of a power failure.

07/29/2019/1:45PM

In the June newsletter, the district included a request that anyone interested in budget billing call the district office and express their interest.

Two calls.

The district will not be implementing budget billing.

07/25/2019/2:00PM

The August commissioners meeting will be held on the first Wednesday, 8/7/19, instead of the second Wednesday.

This change applies only to the August meeting.

03/23/2019/8:00AM

Normal operating conditions

03/22/2019/9:35AM

It never rains but it pours.

We had a failure in the main telemetry panel. A dead battery in the uninterruptible power supply.

The battery has been replaced the telemetry is back up and running.

However, reservoir levels are low and will require most of the day to catch up since we are only running on one well pump.

03/21/2019/10:20AM
The water district operates two wells, numbers 5 and 6. The previous four wells, all of which produced low quantities of poor quality water, were decommissioned decades ago.

The controls on Well #5 have failed. The fault codes indicate an over-current situation. We do not yet know the exact cause. A pump company familiar with our controls has been contacted and is working on the problem.

There is no major concern at this time. Well #6 has plenty of capacity to meet water demands. The minor concern is that we do not have a backup. For that reason we will be pushing repairs to the Well #5 controls along as rapidly as possible.

A background concern is that the control failure is the result of a failure in the pump or pump motor. Should that be the case the repair will get very expensive.

We will keep you informed.

02/13/2019/11:00AM
There will be a commissioners’ meeting this evening. However, it will be very short. There will be no Manager’s Report. The written version will be posted on this site tomorrow.

02/13/2019/10:30AM
Hirschbeck Heights booster station is fully on line.

The office will open at 12:00 Noon today. The rest of the week will depend on the weather.

02/12/2019/8:00AM
The District is still on reduced operations.

Field crews are available and are conducting routine system checks.

Office operations depend on staff being able to SAFELY travel.

02/10/2019/9:20AM
Much of Washington State, including Grays Harbor County is under a winter storm warning for the upcoming week.

It is likely that this will impact office hours. Some of the District’s staff live a considerable distance from Central Park. The weather may preclude them from traveling to the District.

We have staff on hand to handle emergency situations. In the event of an emergency, please call 360-580-2172 or 360-589-6007. Please be patient as it may take longer then usual to respond.

If it is important for you to make a payment when the office is closed, please place your payment, along with the bill stub, in an envelope and drop it into the Payment slot.

During this weather event, please be careful.

02/07/2019/11:25AM
The power outage not only blew the pump controller, it destroyed the pump. If all goes according to plan, a new pump will be installed on Tuesday 2/12.

02/07/2019/8:30AM
The blown controller in the Hirschbeck booster station will be replaced this afternoon.

02/06/2019/8:00AM
The power outage yesterday damaged one of two pump controllers in the Hirschbeck booster station.

The second controller, and its associated pump, will provide adequate pressure and flow during normal demand periods. But please be mindful of your water usage and undertake high usage tasks (cloths washing comes to mind) during off-peak hours.

Peak hours are typically 6:00AM to 9:00AM and 5:00PM to 7:00PM.

We do not yet have an estimated time of repair. We will post an estimated time of repair when we have it.

01/04/2019/8:00AM
No notifications in effect. Normal operations.

01/03/2019/10:20AM
The boil water advisory is lifted. Hand delivered notifications to those affected will start to be handed out in the next 1/2 hour.

12/31/18/3:50PM
The leak on Solki is repaired. Water pressure should be back to normal soon, if they are not already.

However, there is a boil water advisory for all areas that were totally out of water. Those areas are:
Solki Road between Karjala and Central Park Drive
Fairway Terrace
Fairway Park
Central Park Drive between Fairway Terrace and Fairway Park

There were some areas that experienced low water pressure due to the work on the leak. Those areas are NOT subject to the boil water advisory.

Lines have been flushed, but we cannot take samples until Wednesday. Which means the boil water advisory will be in place until at least Thursday morning.

12/31/18/1:15PM
The efforts to isolate Solki Road are impacting other areas in addition to Solki. Further notifications will be forth coming.

12/31/18/10:00AM
The break on Solki Road is a water main break. The water main will be shut off on Solki Road between Karjala and Central Park Drive.

The valving in this part of the system is somewhat strange. There is a possibility that parts of Karjala, parts of Central Park Drive, and all of Fairway Terrace may need to be isolated. We hope that is not the case.

Count on water service being off in these areas starting about Noon and continuing to the end of the day.

A boil water advisory is being distributed now.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A DOOR HANGER NOTIFICATION, YOU ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THE SHUT OFF.

12/31/18/8:45AM
The leak on Solki Road is being repaired. We do not yet know if it is a service lateral or water main leak.

If it is a service lateral leak, only 715 Solki Road will be affected. If it is a water main leak, services will be shut down on Solki Road between Karjala and Central Park Drive.

Information will be posted as it becomes available.
